In the Prison area of the castle next to the cave there is a chest and if you get close to it you will fall into a cavern under the castle where you will find Amatum, the last of the lamia. When you fell Amatum treated your wounds. You can decide to kick her out or to let her live in the cavern.

If you decided to let her live under the castle and if you are female you can help Amatum breed more of her kind however if you are male you will have to find a willing participant to help her make more of her kind
